Terms of service
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These terms govern your purchase and use of prepaid travel-data eSIMs from PingBars ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms, our Refund policy and our Privacy policy. Please read them before buying.
The product
We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans. They provide mobile data (no calls, no SMS, no phone number) on partner networks in the destination shown on the product page. The plan specifications that apply to your order (data allowance, validity period, covered destinations) are those stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, plans activate on first connection to a supported network and remain valid for the stated duration from activation. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and has no cash value.
Your responsibilities
- Device compatibility. You are responsible for confirming, before purchase, that your device is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. Guidance is provided on each product page. Purchases that fail because a device is incompatible or locked are not refundable.
- Correct email address. Delivery is by email. Your order is deemed delivered when we send it to the address you provided at checkout. Check your spam folder before contacting support.
- Installation. Follow the installation guide sent with your eSIM. Do not delete the eSIM profile from your device before your plan ends; a deleted profile cannot be restored.
- Lawful use. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and the fair-use policies of the underlying networks.
Delivery
Your eSIM is delivered by email as a QR code, normally within minutes of successful payment. If it has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder and then reach us via our contact page.
Service and coverage
Connectivity is provided over third-party mobile networks that we do not operate or control. Coverage, speeds and availability vary with location, network conditions, device model and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free service, any particular speed, or the availability of specific network features (such as hotspot/tethering or VPN use, which some networks restrict). Descriptions such as "5G" refer to the best technology available on the partner network where supported, not a promise of a particular speed at a particular place.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may change listed prices at any time; the price at the time of your checkout applies to your order. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order before delivery and refund it in full.
Refunds and withdrawal
See our Refund policy. In short: by completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, once your eSIM has been delivered, any statutory right of withdrawal ends and the purchase is non-refundable, except as set out in the Refund policy.
Fair use, fraud and suspension
We may refuse, cancel or suspend orders or service where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, unlawful use, or breach of these terms. Where a chargeback is filed on a delivered, working plan without contacting us first, we may contest it with evidence of delivery and refuse future service.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that mandatory consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss of any kind, including missed flights or bookings, lost profits or business, lost data, or the cost of alternative connectivity; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network-operator outages, actions of local carriers or governments, natural disasters, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
