Shipping and Delivery

PingBars sells digital eSIMs. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping fees, no customs charges, and no waiting for a package.

Your eSIM is delivered by email. Within minutes of completing your order you will receive an email with your eSIM QR code and step by step installation instructions. Most orders arrive within 2 minutes. In rare cases provisioning can take up to 15 minutes.

The email goes to the address you entered at checkout. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Did not receive your eSIM? Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us through the contact page and we will resend your QR code right away.

You can install your eSIM as soon as it arrives and activate your plan when you travel. For returns, see our Refund Policy: eSIMs are refundable within 14 days of purchase, as long as they have not been installed.
