Refund policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
eSIMs are digital goods delivered instantly by email as a QR code. Because a delivered eSIM cannot be returned or resold, the rules below apply. They are shown before checkout and form part of our Terms of service.
Immediate delivery and your consent
By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your eSIM and acknowledge that, once it has been delivered to the email address you provided, any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation for digital content ends.
Before delivery
If your QR code has not yet been emailed to you, contact us via our contact page and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
After delivery
Once your QR code has been emailed, the purchase is non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
- change of mind after delivery;
- a device that turns out to be eSIM-incompatible or carrier-locked (please check before buying; guidance is on every product page);
- dissatisfaction with the coverage or speed of the local partner network;
- data left unused when the plan's validity period ends;
- deletion of the eSIM profile from your device;
- travel plans that changed after delivery.
If your eSIM does not work
If you installed your eSIM correctly and cannot connect, contact us via our contact page within 30 days of purchase. We will troubleshoot with you. Where the plan is genuinely faulty on our or our supplier's side and substantially unused, we will issue a replacement eSIM or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
Wrong destination, not yet installed
Bought the wrong destination and haven't installed the eSIM? Contact us; an uninstalled eSIM can usually be exchanged for the correct destination.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge. Genuine problems are resolved quickly, usually within the hour. Chargebacks filed on delivered, working plans without contacting us first may be contested with evidence of delivery and use.
Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
