How do I buy and use an eSIM?

Does an eSIM work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, on most phones from 2019 on, as long as they are carrier unlocked. Each product page lists the networks it uses for that destination.
How much data do I need?
For maps, messaging and light browsing, 1GB to 3GB per week is plenty. If you stream or share your connection, choose 5 to 10 GB or more.
When does my plan start?
Validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination, not when you buy it. So you can install early and land ready.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund any time before your QR code is delivered. After that an eSIM cannot be returned, but we will replace any plan that is genuinely faulty.
